Shipping Policy
XEII ships to the entire U.S. as well as Worldwide. All Unites States packages are shipped via UPS® Ground and UPS® Standard. That includes states outside the continental U.S. Packages shipped outside of the U.S. are shipped via DHL® Express Worldwide.
SHIPPING TIME
The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). Due to increased Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders.
After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.
DOMESTIC
- UPS® Ground – 1-5 Business Days
- UPS® Standard – 1-3 Business Days
INTERNATIONAL
- DHL Express International - 1-6 Business Days (for most major destinations)

All shipping speeds and shipping prices are calculated at checkout. All domestic and international orders charge a $2.00 handling fee.

XEII is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
